America’s Boating Course 3rd Edition
America’s Boating Course 3rd Edition (ABC3) is certified by NASBLA (National Association of State Boating Laws Administrators), and covers both Federal and FL State boating regulations. The course is taught over a 2-day weekend by experienced instructors who are members of America’s Boating Club of Martin County (St. Lucie River Power Squadron).

Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card
Individuals completing the course earn the Florida Boating Safety ID Card. Temporary ID cards are issued upon completion of the course and final exam. Permanent plastic ID cards are mailed a couple weeks later by the State of Florida.
The ABC3 course with Student Manual includes a 270 page color-illustrated manual. The No Manual option is designed for family members sharing a manual. The content is the same for both options. The course covers required safety equipment, Federal and State regulations, Rules of the Road, local waterway navigation information and more.
Special Membership Bonus! People who complete the ABC3 boating safety course will be offered an 18-month initial membership in the U.S. Power Squadrons for the price of 12-months.
The ABC3 course is open to boaters in Martin and St. Lucie counties, and anyone with an interest in safe boating.

Classes are held at the St. Joseph Parish Life Center (Classroom #38), 1300 SE 10th St., Stuart, FL. 34996. Heading East on 10th St., make a right turn at the 4th entrance just past the church. Look for a grey painted building. Classroom #38 is on the west (right) side of the building.
